摘要
讨论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。选取2021年8月—2022年8月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二五医院收治的74例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组和试验组,每组各37例。所有患者均接受子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。参照组实施开腹手术操作,试验组实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术操作。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,试验组血清疼痛因子指标和氧化损伤指标、围术期指标均优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组性功能水平优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组各项生活质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的应用,对改善子宫肌瘤患者预后具有重要价值。此种护理形式有助于降低并发症的发生率,并且还可加快患者术后胃肠功能的恢复速度,有助于减轻其应激反应、疼痛程度。同时,此种手术形式能够提高患者的性功能、生活质量。
To discuss the effectiveness of laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterinefibroids.74 patients with uterinefibroids admitted to the 925th Hospital of the PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.All patients underwent uterinefibroid removal surgery for treatment.The reference group underwent open surgery,while the experimental group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.Compare the treatment effects between two groups of patients.The results showed that the serum pain factor indicators,oxidative damage indicators,and periop-erative indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complica-tions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The sexual function level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of laparoscopic myomectomy has important value in improving the prognosis of patients with uterinefibroids.This form of nursing can help reduce the incidence of complications and also accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients,helping to alleviate their stress response and pain level.Meanwhile,this surgical form can improve the patient’s sexual function and quality of life.
