摘要
光气是窒息性化学战剂的代表,在工业生产中广泛使用,吸入暴露后主要导致急性肺损伤(ALI),容易进展为肺水肿和呼吸窘迫综合征,死亡率较高,国际上仍缺乏有效救治手段。间充质干细胞(MSC)具有高度分化潜能,可发挥免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化和损伤修复等多种生物学功能,在疾病治疗和再生医学领域被广泛应用。最新研究发现,MSC移植后主要定位于肺组织,具有极强靶向性,可能对急慢性肺损伤治疗具有天然优势。本文主要阐述MSC生物学功能及其在肺疾病治疗中的应用现状,并对MSC在光气导致ALI研究进行总结和展望,为国防军队和国家经济建设提供有力保障。
Phosgene is a representative of chocking chemical warfare agents,which is widely used in industrial production.Phosgene inhalation exposure mainly leads to acute lung injury(ALI),which is easy to progress to pulmonary edema and respiratory distress syndrome,with a high mortality rate.There is still a lack of effective treatment methods in the world.With highly differentiated potential,mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)can play a variety of biological functions such as immunomodulation,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,and injury repair,and are widely used in the fields of disease treatment and regenerative medicine.Recent studies have found that MSC mainly locates in lung tissue after transplantation and has strong targeting,which may have natural advantages in treatment of acute and chronic lung injury.This paper mainly expounds the biological function of MSC and its application in the treatment of lung diseases,and summarizes and prospects the study of MSC in phosgene-induced ALI,so as to provide a strong guarantee for national defense,military and national economic construction.
