摘要
介绍了国内刨花板表面缺陷机器视觉检测技术的研究现状,并指出了当前该技术存在的缺陷,如识别准确率偏低、易受环境干扰等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的机器视觉缺陷检测技术改进建议,旨在为刨花板表面缺陷的快速、精准检测提供有价值的参考。
This paper offers a detailed examination of the application and current research progress of machine vision for detecting surface defects in particleboards in China.It underscores the challenges,such as the limited accuracy in identifying specific defects and susceptibility to environmental disturbances.The paper proposes focused recommendations to improve the efficacy of machine vision technologies in the rapid and precise identification of surface defects on particleboards.
