摘要
选择刨花板生产过程中产生的分层鼓泡缺陷,分析整理其致因因素,排列出不同的影响因子。采用影响因子模块化处理的方法进行数理分析,建立起各个因子模块及因子模块之间的调整规则系统,使整个系统内的工艺数据处理过程清晰可表,以助计算机编程设计。之后应用闭环控制、PID控制和自适应控制原理,结合人造板生产过程相关的逻辑控制案例进行代表性介绍,探求人造板工艺控制数字化提升之路。
In this paper,the delamination and blister defects occurred in the process of particleboard process control are selected,and the different influencing factors are arranged through the sorting of their causal factors.The mathematical analysis is carried out by adopting the method of modular processing of influencing factor,so as to establish the adjustment rule system factors modularization,so that the data handling process in the whole system can be clearly described,which is conducive to computer programming design.After this,by utilizing the principles of the closed-loop control,PID control and adaptive control,combined with logic control cases related to the production process of wood-based panels,representative introductions are made to explore the way of digital improvement of wood-based panel process control.
