摘要
目的 探讨盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗社区糖尿病的疗效。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年5月在本社区治疗的110例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,并随机分为两组,每组55例。其中,对照组服用二甲双胍片治疗,观察组服用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后FGB、2hPG、HbA1c相比,观察组均下降更多,体现出更好的降糖作用(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG、HOMA-IR低于对照组,HOMA-IS高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗社区糖尿病的疗效显著,能有效控制血糖,改善胰岛功能,协同降脂,且用药安全性高。
Objective To investigate curative effect of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of community diabetes.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with type 2 diabetes in our community from May 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group was treated with metformin tablets,and observation group with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,observation group showed higher decrease in FGB,2hPG,and HbA1c than control group,demonstrating better hypoglycemic effect(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,HOMA-IR in observation group was lower than control group,while HOMA-IS was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can achieve significant effect in treatment of community diabetes,can control blood sugar,improve function of pancreatic islets effectively,and reduce blood lipid synergistically,which has high drug safety.
