摘要
为降低机械产品在制造阶段的碳足迹,提供更精确的碳足迹核算方法,提出了一种基于设计特征的机械产品制造过程碳足迹评估方法。在方案设计阶段,利用特征建模理论定义产品系统特征与单体特征,阐述产品零部件之间的约束关系,形成基于设计特征的产品设计方案表达模型,分析制造过程碳足迹与产品设计特征间的内在联系,构建碳足迹量化模型。为检验所提方法的实用性,计算分析夹层复合型圆锯片在制造阶段的碳足迹。研究结果表明,该方法可帮助设计人员在方案设计阶段洞察产品制造阶段的碳排放关键因素,优化产品设计方案,实现制造减排。
To reduce the carbon footprint of mechanical products during the manufacturing stage,this paper proposes a more precise method for carbon footprint accounting based on design features.In the scheme design stage,the theory of feature modeling is used to define the features of the product system and individual components,elucidate the constraints between product parts,and form a product design scheme expression model based on design features.The intrinsic connection between the manufacturing process carbon footprint and product design features is analyzed,and a quantitative model for carbon footprint is constructed.To test the practicality of the proposed method,the carbon footprint of a sandwich composite circular saw blade during its manufacturing stage is calculated and analyzed.The results show that this method can help designers understand the key factors of carbon emissions during the manufacturing stage in the scheme design phase,optimize the product design scheme,and achieve emission reduction in manufacturing.
