本文介绍了一种新型层流集水装置在安钢1780 mm热连轧的成功应用,着重介绍了新型集水槽的集水效果,对板形的影响,以及带钢顺利成功卷取的秘诀和如何快速处理辊道故障。
This article introduces the application of a new laminar flow water collection device in the 1780 mm hot continuous rolling of Anyang lron and Steel Co..Ltd.The application focuses on the water collection tank,its impact on the shape of the plate,and the secret to successful coiling of strip steel and how to quickly handle roller table faults.
