摘要
随着建筑行业近年来的飞速发展,涵盖安全、质量以及快速施工等方面的各类施工工序优化也在快速迭代升级。其中装配式建筑和铝合金模板施工工艺均具备了产业标准化和施工高效化,两相结合能显著提高施工质量。依托装配式建筑铝模集成化试点项目,针对装配式施工中铝合金模板的集成化应用开展研究,从铝合金模板及装配式建筑在前期深化设计和后续施工的同步协调设计管理、节点部位加强及优化等关键工艺的实施要点进行研究总结,以期助力装配式建筑铝模集成化施工的推广发展。
With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years,the optimization of various construction procedures,including safety,quality,and rapid construction,is also undergoing rapid iterative upgrade.The construction process of prefabricated buildings and aluminum alloy formwork achieves industrial standardization and high construction efficiency.The combination of the two can significantly improve the construction quality.Based on the pilot project of aluminum formwork integration in prefabricated construction,this paper studies the integrated application of aluminum alloy formwork in prefabricated construction,and summarizes the key points of the implementation of key processes such as synchronous coordination design management,node strengthening,and optimization of aluminum alloy formwork and prefabricated buildings in the early stage of deepening design and follow-up construction.This study can contribute to the promotion and development of the integrated construction in prefabricated building aluminum formwork.
