摘要
近些年BIM技术飞速发展,特别在规模以上新建工程中已普遍采用BIM技术。BIM技术虽然推广迅速、应用率逐年提高,但普遍存在BIM技术应用水平参差不齐、各类应用模式缺乏标准做法、BIM应用质量良莠不齐又难以评估及管理的问题,特别是设计、施工、运维全过程的BIM应用管理还存在空白,亟待研究突破。以某一超高层商务楼全过程BIM技术为例,提出一体化应用及管理的概念,探索其全过程、一体化、系统性应用及监管的模式与体系,以期为BIM技术质量的提升、应用场景的拓展、应用效益的提高,提供借鉴方向。
With the rapid development of BIM technology in recent years,BIM technology has been widely used in large-scale new projects.Although BIM technology has been promoted rapidly and its application rate has been increasing year by year,there are many problems,such as the uneven application level of BIM technology,the lack of standard practices for various application modes,the varying quality of BIM applications and the difficulty of evaluation and management.Especially,there are still gaps in BIM application management in the whole process of design,construction,operation and maintenance,which need to be studied and urgently require breakthroughs.Taking the BIM technology in the whole process of a super high-rise commercial building as an example,the concept of integrated application and management is put forward,the mode and system of its whole process,integration,systematic application and supervision are explored.This can provide guidance for the improvement of BIM technology quality,the expansion of application scenarios and the improvement of application efficiency.
