基于健康管理的乘客信息系统预测性维护技术研究

摘要 既有的计划修、故障修模式需要耗费大量人力物力,已不符合当前“节能减排、降本增效”的管理模式。要优化检修周期、提高故障排查效率,就需对地铁列车乘客信息系统内各设备的运行状态、故障情况进行更深程度地分析及研究。根据目前各城市对于列车乘客信息系统健康管理的实施现状,文章提出一种基础的车载-地面平台解决方案。该方案通过采集设备部分关键参数,实现对设备运行状态的监测、设备故障的综合分析及设备使用寿命的分析,为故障排查提供针对性的建议,为优化检修周期提供数据上的支撑。 The existing planned repair and fault repair modes require a large amount of manpower and material resources,which are no longer in line with the current management mode of“energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase”.In order to optimize the maintenance cycle and improve the efficiency of fault investigation,it is necessary to analyze and study the operation status and fault conditions of each equipment in the passenger information system of metro train to a deeper degree.According to the current implementation status of passenger information system health management in various cities,a basic vehicleground platform solution is proposed.By collecting some key parameters of the equipments,the scheme realizes the monitoring of the operation status of the equipments,the comprehensive analysis of the equipment faults and the service life of the equipment.It provides targeted suggestions for fault investigation,and data support for optimizing the maintenance cycle.
