摘要
本文以雄安新区综合管廊工程建设为实际案例,从综合管廊施工管理、风险控制措施、施工技术、智慧网络动态化管理及BIM在市政管廊工程中的应用等方面进行了研究。通过研究得出:在进行综合管廊施工时,需要积极开展全面统筹协调工作,使监督管理制度变得更加完善,同时强化施工人员管理工作,并注重细化材料采购流程,优化设计施工流程,从而推动市政管廊工程建设的顺利进行。
Taking the construction of integrated pipeline corridor project in Xiong’an New Area as a practical case,this paper studies the construction management of integrated pipeline corridor,risk control measures,construction technology,dynamic management of intelligent network and the operation of BIM in municipal pipeline corridor project.According to the research,it is necessary to actively carry out comprehensive planning and coordination during the construction of the integrated pipe corridor,make the supervision and management system more perfect,enhance the management of construction personnel,and pay attention to refining the material procurement process and optimizing the design and construction process,so as to promote the smooth construction of the municipal pipe corridor project.
