超高层建筑免拆模保温一体板施工技术

摘要 为规范建筑保温板的使用,以某地区超高层建筑为例,开展免拆模保温一体板施工技术的设计研究。对建筑基层墙体进行水泥砂浆抹灰,养护天数需要达到20 d后,对其进行质量验收,确保基层表面无异常现象后,在现场弹放基准线;依据弹出的参考线和板间线,确定整体板的准确裁断尺寸,进行保温一体板的放样切割;选用粘接法与扣件结合法,使用满粘法或点粘法进行机械锚固件粘贴安装;设计自密实现浇混凝土的配合比,遵循“不出冷缝、分层浇筑”等原则,设计自密实混凝土浇筑施工与分割线打胶密封,以此完成免拆模保温一体板施工技术的设计。实例应用结果表明:设计的施工方法可以确保施工质量验收项目实测偏差均小于允许偏差,说明设计的施工方法符合工程技术规范。 In order to standardize the use of building insulation board,taking the super high-rise building in a certain area as an example,the design and research of the construction technology of non-demolition-free insulation integrated board were carried out.The cement mortar plastering of the building base wall is carried out,after the maintenance days reach 20 days,the quality acceptance is carried out to ensure that there is no abnormal phenomenon on the base surface,and the reference line is released on the site,and according to the pop-up reference line and interboard line,the exact cutting size of the whole board is determined,and the lofting and cutting of the insulation integrated board are carried out,and the adhesive method and fastening method are selected,and the mechanical anchorage parts are pasted and installed by full adhesive method or point adhesive method,and design the mix ratio of self-densifying concrete,follow the principles of“no cold cracks,layered pouring”,design the self-densifying concrete pouring construction and the glue sealing of the dividing line,in order to complete the design of the construction technology of mold free insulation integrated board.The practical application results show that the design construction method can ensure that the actual deviation of the construction quality acceptance items is less than the allowable deviation,indicating that the design construction method conforms to the engineering technical specifications.
