miR-146、miR-26水平与支气管哮喘患者气道炎症及气道重塑的关系

摘要 目的探讨miR-146、miR-26在支气管哮喘患者气道炎症及气道重塑中的作用及机制。方法收集2021年3月-2023年1月在重庆市南岸区人民医院就诊的75例支气管哮喘患者(哮喘组)和25名健康体检者(对照组),检测血液和呼吸中的相关分子,用HRCT扫描测量气道的形状和大小。分析miR-146、miR-26水平与哮喘严重程度、气道炎症及气道重塑的相关性。结果哮喘组miR-146、miR-26水平低于对照组,且随着哮喘严重程度的增加而降低(P<0.05)。哮喘组FeNO水平、EOS%、IgE水平和HRCT参数均高于对照组,且随着哮喘严重程度的增加而升高(P<0.05)。miR-146、miR-26水平与FeNO水平、EOS%、IgE水平和HRCT参数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论miR-146、miR-26水平与支气管哮喘患者气道炎症及气道重塑有密切关系,可能通过调节T2型免疫反应和一氧化氮合成酶表达参与哮喘的发生和发展。测定外周血中miR-146、miR-26水平可能有助于评估哮喘患者的病情和治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of miR-146,miR-26 in airway inflammation and airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 75 patients with bronchial asthma(asthma group)and 25 healthy subjects(control group)were collected from March 2021 to January 2023 in Chongqing Nan'an District People's Hospital.The related molecules in blood and respiration were detected,and the shape and size of the airway were measured by HRCT scan.The correlation between miR-146,miR-26 levels and asthma severity,airway inflammation and airway remodeling was analyzed.Results The levels of miR-146 and miR-26 in the asthma group were lower than those in the control group,and decreased with the increase of asthma severity(P<0.05).The levels of FeNO,EOS%,IgE and HRCT parameters in the asthma group were higher than those in the control group,and increased with the increase of asthma severity(P<0.05).The levels of miR-146 and miR-26 were negatively correlated with FeNO level,EOS%,IgE level and HRCT parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of miR-146,miR-26 are closely related to airway inflammation and airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of asthma by regulating T2 immune response and nitric oxide synthase expression.The determination of miR-146 and miR-26 levels in peripheral blood may be helpful to evaluate the condition and therapeutic ffect of asthma patients.
