摘要
飞机产品装配工艺设计过程中常有狭小空间制孔、封闭空间定位安装、难加工材料制孔连接等特殊结构装配工艺设计,这些特殊结构装配工艺设计方案策划易出现不全面、不合理的情况,直接影响飞机装配精度和质量。为提升工艺设计的全面性、合理性,分析总结形成面向特殊结构装配的工艺设计流程及方法,降低特殊结构装配风险,为特殊结构装配工艺设计提供参考。
It is often faced with drilling in narrow space,positioning in enclosed areas,drilling on difficult-to-process materials in the course of aircraft assembly designing process.Incomplete special structural assembly process design is common,which directly affect aircraft assembly accuracy and quality.To improve assembly designing comprehensiveness and rationality,process engineering flow and methods for special structural assembly is researched,which lower assembly risks and provide a reference for special structural assembly process design.
