摘要
目的:探讨血清炎症细胞因子与不同特征重性抑郁障碍的相关性。方法:ELISA检测血清炎症细胞因子,比较忧郁/动力不足特征(MPD)组、焦虑/躯体特征(ASD)组和健康对照(HC)组之间血清炎症细胞因子的差异。Spearman法分析炎症细胞因子与HAMD-17总分及各项因子分的相关性,二元Logistic回归分析测定不同特征重性抑郁障碍的独立危险因素。结果:与HC组和ASD组比较,MPD组血清IFN-α、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05);MPD组血清TNF-α水平与认知障碍因子分呈负相关(P<0.05),ASD组血清TNF-α水平与认知障碍因子分呈负相关(P<0.05),IL-6水平与睡眠障碍因子分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:炎症细胞因子与不同特征重性抑郁障碍的症状关联,IFN-α、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10是忧郁/动力不足重性抑郁障碍的独立危险因素。IFN-α、IL-6可能作为区分忧郁/动力不足和焦虑/躯体重性抑郁障碍的客观生物标志物。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum inflammatory cytokines and different characteristics of major depressive disorder.Methods:Serum inflammatory cytokines were detected by ELISA,compared differences of serum inflammatory cytokines in melancholy/underpowered depression(MPD)group,anxiety/somatization depression(ASD)group and healthy control(HC)group.Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between inflammatory cytokines and HAMD-17 total score and each factor score,independent risk factors for major depressive disorder with different characteristics were analyzed by binary Logistic regression.Results:Compared with HC group and ASD group,serum IFN-αand IL-6 levels in MPD group were increased(P<0.05);level of serum TNF-αwas negatively correlated with the score of cognitive impairment in MPD group(P<0.05),level of serum TNF-αwas negatively correlated with the score of cognitive impairment in ASD group(P<0.05),and level of IL-6 was negatively correlated with the score of sleep disorder(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory cytokines are associated with symptoms of different characteristics of major depressive disorder;IFN-α,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 are independent risk factors for melancholy/underpowered major depressive disorder,and IFN-αand IL-6 may serve as objective biomarkers to distinguish melancholy/underpowered from anxiety/somatization major depressive disorder.
