上海市浦东新区游泳场所水质卫生状况及监管对策研究

摘要 目的:了解上海市浦东新区游泳场所水质状况,分析影响水质的因素并提出监管对策。方法:对取得执照且正常营业的游泳场所进行现场监督检查,对游泳池池水进行采样和检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:共抽检211家游泳场所,水质检测合格167家,合格率为79.15%。其中,宾馆游泳池、健身房游泳池、体育馆游泳池和学校游泳池的水质合格率分别为73.53%、79.08%、86.67%、100.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.81,P>0.05)。游泳场所水质累计检测2743项次,水质检测指标合格率为96.25%,浑浊度、pH值、尿素、泳池水余氯、菌落总数、大肠菌群、浸脚池水余氯合格率分别为99.53%、94.31%、96.21%、90.05%、100.00%、100.00%、90.99%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=110.80,P<0.01)。结论:影响浦东新区游泳场所水质的指标主要是浑浊度、pH值、尿素、泳池水余氯、浸脚池水余氯,宾馆游泳池和健身房游泳池的卫生现状堪忧。应加大对游泳场所pH值、尿素、泳池水余氯、浸脚池水余氯指标的抽检频次,对游泳场所违法行为进行立案查处,提高游泳场所卫生水平,营造良好的游泳环境。 OBJECTIVE To understand the water quality of swimming places in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,analyze the factors affecting the water quality and put forward countermeasures.METHODS On-site supervision and inspection of swimming places that had obtained licenses and normally operating,sample and test the swimming pool water,and conduct statistical analysis of the test results.RESULTS Among 211 swimming places were inspected,167 were qualified,with a pass rate of 79.15%.The qualified rates of hotel swimming pools,gym swimming pools,gymnasium swimming pools and school swimming pools were 73.53%,79.08%,86.67% and 100.00%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.81,P>0.05).The water quality of swimming places was tested for a total of 2743 times,and the qualified rate of water quality test indicators was 96.25%.The qualified rates of turbidity,pH,urea,free residual chlorine,total bacteria,total coliform and residual chlorine in soaking pool were 99.53%,94.31%,96.21%90.05%,100.00%,100.00%,and 90.99%,respectively.the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=110.80,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The main indicators affecting the water quality of swimming places in Pudong New Area were turbidity,pH,urea,free residual chlorine and residual chlorine in soaking pool,the hygiene status of hotel swimming pools and gyms swimming pools was worrisome.It is necessary to increase the sampling inspection frequency of pH,urea,free residual chlorine and residual chlorine in soaking pool index in swimming places,to register and investigate illegal activities in swimming places,improve the hygienic level of swimming place and create a good swimming environment.
