摘要
碳纤维具有很多优异的特性,被誉为“新材料之王”,广泛应用于很多方面。由于碳纤维表面平滑且化学反应活性不活跃,导致碳纤维复合材料力学性能较差。为了优化复合材料的界面特性和整体性能,必须对其进行表面改性。总结了碳纤维的种类、表面结构特点和性能、改性方法及其应用,为未来碳纺织品的发展提供一定的理论参考,推动碳纤维纺织品向着绿色、安全、高效的方向发展。
Carbon fiber has many excellent properties and is known as the“king of new materials”.It is widely used in many fields.Due to the smooth surface and inactive chemical reaction activity of carbon fibers,the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite materials are poor.In order to optimize the interface characteris-tics and overall performance of composite materials,surface modification is necessary.This paper summarizes the types,surface structure characteristics and performance characteristics,modification methods,development status and application of carbon fiber,so as to provide certain theoretical references for the future development of carbon textiles and promote the carbon fiber textiles to develop towards the eco-friendly,safe and efficient direction.
