摘要
盘扣支架由于其安全性,便捷性,构件高标准化,使用寿命长,低成本等特点,现如今在建筑行业得到广泛运用。本工程项目为高速公路现浇箱梁,根据实际状况应用门洞及盘扣组合支架搭设现浇施工形式。并结合现场进行了方案设计与荷载分析、验证,同时对施工关键技术进行了阐述及探讨。通过对该技术的运用研究,充分表明了盘扣式支架施工安装和拆除工效高,安全性能高的技术优势,以及材料运用少,使用寿命长的低成本优势,为类似工程的方案运用提供参考。
Due to its safety,convenience,high standardization of components,long service life,and low cost,the buckle bracket is now widely used in the construction industry.This engineering project is a cast-in-place box girder for highways.According to the actual situation,a combination of door openings and buckle brackets will be used to set up the cast-in-place construction form.And combined with on-site design,load analysis,and verification,key construction technologies were elaborated and discussed.Through research on the application of this technology,it has been fully demonstrated that the construction,installation,and removal of the buckle type bracket have high efficiency and safety performance,as well as the low-cost advantages of using fewer materials and having a long service life.This provides a reference for the application of similar engineering schemes.
