摘要
在当前煤矿开采中,安全管理仍是矿企的主要工作之一,结合提升机在斜井运输中的价值,需要参考钢丝绳松绳故障的影响积极做好故障的处理工作.如何有效增强提升机在斜井运输中的应用安全性,也成为很多矿企需要考虑的问题.基于此,阐述了提升机的工作原理,具体分析了钢丝绳松绳故障的原因,并从钢丝绳排绳、制动减速度、防松预警、钢丝绳维护等方面进行松绳故障的预防.在处理松绳故障并进行运行试验后,主动防护和预警功能可以预防钢丝绳松绳,利于促进矿企实现健康的发展.
In the current coal mining,safety management is still one of the main work of mining enterprises,combined with the value of hoisting machine in the inclined shaft transport,need to refer to the impact of the wire rope loose rope failure actively do a good job of fault handling.How to effectively enhance the safety of hoisting machine in inclined shaft transport has also become a problem that many mining enterprises need to consider.Based on this,the working principle of the hoist is described,the causes of loose rope faults are specifically analysed,and the prevention of loose rope faults is carried out from the aspects of wire rope discharge,braking and deceleration,anti-loosening early warning,and maintenance of the wire rope.After dealing with the loose rope failure and running test,the active protection and early warning function can prevent the wire rope from loosening,which is conducive to promoting mining enterprises to achieve healthy development.
