关于矿用刮板输送机中部槽结构的优化设计与实践研究

摘要 利用UG和ANSYS Workbench软件建立刮板输送机中部槽结构的有限元模型,对中部槽的疲劳寿命情况进行分析,发现筋板根部区域的疲劳寿命相对较短为7002,根本原因在于该位置容易出现应力集中现象.以筋板圆角和筋板厚度为优化对象,以疲劳寿命为优化目标,在Workbench中开展优化设计工作.优化后的中部槽最小疲劳寿命提升至8239,提升幅度为17.67%.将优化后的结构应用到SGB420/40型刮板输送机中,并开展6个月时间的实践测试,发现结构整体运行稳定,达到了预期效果,为企业创造了很好的安全效益和经济效益. Using UG and ANSYS Workbench software to establish the finite element model of the middle trough structure of scraper conveyor,the fatigue life of the middle trough was analysed,and it was found that the fatigue life of the root area of the fascia plate was 7,002 years,which was the root cause of the easy occurrence of stress concentration at this location.The fatigue life is optimised in Workbench using the rounded corner of the reinforcement plate and the thickness of the reinforcement plate as the optimisation objects and the fatigue life as the optimisation target.After optimisation,the minimum fatigue life of the central slot is increased to 8239,which is 17.67%.The optimised structure is applied to SGB420/40 scraper conveyor,and the practical test is carried out for 6 months,and it is found that the overall operation of the structure is stable and achieves the expected effect,which creates a very good safety benefit and economic benefit for the enterprise.
