摘要
红色文化赋能乡村振兴,有利于传承发展红色文化和推进乡村全面振兴。黑龙江省利用丰富的红色文化资源赋能乡村振兴,在红色乡村建设、乡村红色文化产业发展、红色美丽村庄建设试点和民族团结工作上取得良好成效,但也存在缺少相关高素质人才、乡村红色文化开发思路趋同、红色文化与乡村建设融合不够紧密的问题。为此,要强化政策引领、强调特色鲜明、推进深度融合来破解红色文化赋能乡村振兴的现实困境,助力黑龙江省深入推进乡村振兴。
Red culture empowering rural revitalization is a win-win solution for the inheritance and development of red culture and the promotion of comprehensive rural revitalization.At present,Heilongjiang Province has made use of the rich local red cultural resources to empower rural revitalization,and has achieved good results in the construction of red villages in Heilongjiang,the development of red cultural industries in villages,the pilot project of beautiful red villages,and the work of national unity.However,there are some problems,for example,a lack of relevant high-quality talents,homogenization of rural red cultural development ideas,red culture and rural construction are not closely integrated.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen policy leading,emphasize distinctive features,and promote in-depth integration to crack the realistic dilemma of red culture empowering rural revitalization,and help Heilongjiang Province to promote rural revitalization in depth.
