摘要
文章梳理了非客运组织工作对现场站务运作的时间占比,论证研发站务云培训系统存在的必要性,以苏州地铁站务人员非客运组织工作为研究对象,分析相关数据和制定信息化系统,简要描述了研发云培训系统需要实现的功能以及云培训系统搭建的架构,对目前在苏州地铁中的应用以及发展方向进行总结。该系统目前能够缩减站务人员非客运组织工作时间,且能够保障完成质量。
The article summarizes the proportion of time spent on on-site station operations by non passenger organization work,demonstrates the necessity of developing a station cloud training system,takes the non passenger organization work of Suzhou Metro station staff as the research object,and analyzes relevant data and develops an information system.It briefly describes the functions that need to be implemented in developing a cloud training system and the architecture of building a cloud training system,and summarize the current application and development direction in Suzhou Metro.The system is currently able to reduce the non passenger organization work time of station staff and ensure the quality of completion.
