摘要
目的分析基于德尔菲法的急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死中的作用。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月就诊于厦门市中医院的78例急性心肌梗死患者,根据急救护理方式分组,对照组(n=39)行常规急救护理,观察组(n=39)联合基于德尔菲法构建急诊护理路径,对比护理质量、急救效率、疾病严重程度、并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组护理质量和满意度更高,分诊时间、静脉建立时间、心电图检查时间、采血时间和溶栓时间更短,疾病严重程度评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论基于德尔菲法构建急诊护理路径可为护理工作质量和抢救效果提供保障,降低疾病严重性,不增加并发症,可提高患者满意度。
objective To analyze the role of emergency care pathway based on Delphi method in acute myocardial infarction.Methods 78 patients from Department of Emergency Medicine,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with acute myocardial infarction from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received regular emergency nursing,while the observation group(N=39)received Delphi method combined emergency nursing pathway.The quality of care,first aid efficiency,disease severity,complication rate,and patient satisfaction of the two groups are compared.Results Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the nursing quality and satisfaction degree were higher,the time of triage,the time of vein establishment,the time of ECG examination,the time of blood collection,and thrombolytic therapy were shorter,and the score of disease severity was lower(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The construction of emergency nursing path based on Delphi method can guarantee the quality of nursing work and the effect of rescue,reduce the severity of the disease,not increase the complications,improve the patients'satisfaction.
