摘要
实景三维通过获取真实世界的三维数据,为国土空间规划提供更为准确、直观和全面的信息。文章介绍实景三维的概念和数据获取技术,基于实景三维设计开发了国土空间规划实景三维智能可视化分析系统,同时应用在广西国土空间规划工作中的安全底线分析、城市公共服务设施分析、城市景观视廊控制分析、规划方案比选等方面,有效提升广西壮族自治区的国土空间规划和治理水平。
Real 3D provides more accurate,intuitive and comprehensive information for land spatial planning by obtaining real-world 3D data.This paper introduces the concept of real 3D and data acquisition technology,and develops a real 3D intelligent visual analysis system for land spatial planning based on real 3D design.At the same time,it is applied to the safety bottom line analysis,urban public service facilities analysis,urban landscape viewing gallery control analysis,planning scheme comparison,and other aspects in Guangxi land spatial planning,which effectively improves the land spatial planning and governance level of Guangxi Autonomous Region.
