水平井分簇压裂数值模拟

摘要 在水平井分簇压裂中,压裂液不均匀分配导致水力裂缝不均匀扩展,直接影响了页岩储层开采效果。基于有限元法建立了考虑储层非均质性的水平井分簇压裂数值模型,通过全局嵌入0厚度内聚单元,模拟水力裂缝随机扩展;结合概率密度函数,随机分配内聚单元网格的弹性模量、抗拉强度来表征页岩储层的非均质性。在此基础上,研究了排量和非均质性对分簇压裂裂缝扩展规律的影响。结果表明:储层非均质性越强,水力裂缝受缝间应力干扰作用越明显,其扩展形态也越复杂;注入排量较高有利于降低裂缝复杂性,实现水力裂缝均匀扩展。 In horizontal well cluster fracturing,the fracturing fluid is not uniformly distributed leading to unequal hydraulic fracture propagation,which directly affects the shale reservoir exploitation effect.Based on the finite element method,the author established a cluster fracturing model for horizontal wells considering reservoir heterogeneity,random expansion of hydraulic fractures is simulated by globally embedding 0-thickness cohesive cells and randomly assigning the modulus of elasticity and tensile strength of the grid of cohesive cells in conjunction with a probability density function to characterize the heterogeneity of the shale reservoir.On this basis,the influences of displacement and heterogeneity on the fracture expansion laws of cluster fracturing were studied.The results show that the higher the heterogeneity of the reservoir,the greater the interference of inter-fracture stresses on the hydraulic fractures,and the more complicated their expansion shapes are;a higher injection displacement is beneficial to reduce the complexity of the fracture and realize the uniform expansion of the hydraulic fracture.
