摘要
感染后咳嗽(PIC)是好发于呼吸道感染急性期症状消失之后,临床以刺激性干咳,或伴有咳痰、咽痒等症状为主要表现的呼吸系统疾患。老年人作为好发人群,有易感不易瘥、易生痰瘀而变生他病等特点。中医治疗擅于辨证施治,标本兼治,具有疗效可观、不良反应少等优势,优于单纯西医治疗,但目前临床不够重视,缺乏系统的诊疗标准。文章主要通过论述老年感染后咳嗽的中医病因病机和中医药治疗研究进展,旨在为老年感染后咳嗽的临床学习及诊疗提供方法和思路。
Post-infection cough(PIC)occurs mostly after the acute phase of respiratory tract infection has disappeared.It is mainly manifested as irritant dry cough,or respiratory diseases accompanied by phlegm,throat itching and other symptoms.The elderly are the vulnerable and not easily cure,easy to produce turbid sputum and blood stasis etc.Traditional Chinese medicine is good at syndrome differentiation and treating both symptoms and root causes.It has clinical advantages such as considerable curative effect and fewer adverse reactions,which is superior to Western medicine.However,there is still insufficient clinical attention and systematic diagnosis and treatment standards.This article mainly discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of the elderly people's cough after infection and the treatment of old people's cough after infection,in order to provide methods and ideas for the clinical study,diagnosis and treatment of the elderly people's cough after infection.
