摘要
目的 研究翻白草治疗糖尿病近23年的发展现状,分析总结研究热点与发展趋势,为该领域学者提供参考资料。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普三大数据库中翻白草治疗糖尿病相关文献,检索年限为2000年—2022年,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件生成知识图谱。结果 共纳入中文文献155篇,年发文量总体呈波动趋势,文献发文量第一的作者为崔荣军,机构为湖北中医药大学。其中该领域当前热点关键词糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、翻白草总黄酮等出现频率较高。结论 近20年中国学者在翻白草治疗糖尿病领域开展了积极探索,研究的广度和深度在不断延伸。建议加强各机构间有效的交流合作,开展更多高质量研究,争取相关研究不受学科限制、多学科交叉融合,共同发展。
Objective To study the development status of Chinese medicine Potentilla discolor Bge in the field of diabetes in the past 23 years,to analyze and summarize the research hotspots and development trends,and to provide reference materials for scholars in this field.Methods CNKI,Wan Fang Data,and VIP were searched for the literature related to the treatment of diabetes in the three major Chinese databases of CNKI,Wan Fang Data and VIP,with the search period from 2000-01-01 to 2022-12-31,and the knowledge graph of core authors,research institutions and keywords was generated by CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software.Results A total of 155 Chinese literatures,105 journal papers,35 dissertations and 15 conference papers were included,and the annual publication volume showed a fluctuating trend,Cui Rongjun was the first in literature publication,Hubei University of Chinese Medicine was the first institution.Among them,the current hot keywords in this field were diabetes,type 2 diabetes,chemical composition,hypoglycemic effect,hypoglycemia,insulin resistance,total flavonoids,etc.Conclusion In summary,in the past two decades,Chinese scholars have carried out active exploration and research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine Potentilla discolor Bge in the treatment of diabetes,and the breadth and depth of research are constantly extending.It is recommended to strengthen effective exchanges and cooperation among various institutions,carry out more high-quality basic research on the treatment of diabetes with Chinese medicine Potentilla discolor Bge,and strive for the common development of relevant research without disciplinary restrictions,multidisciplinary cross-integration.
