摘要
近年来,在全球对可持续发展的需求日益迫切的背景下,产业链供应链可持续发展也日益成为关注焦点。然而,评价指标体系作为产业链供应链可持续发展的重要内容,却很少受到关注。本文基于内外部驱动和制约因素视角,从文献出发设计初始指标体系,借助调研访谈修正和补充指标,提出产业链供应链可持续发展评价指标体系,并以企业真实数据为基础,采用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)对指标权重进行计算。结果表明,当前外部因素对产业链供应链可持续发展的影响程度最大,其中政府干预因素被视为关键指标。本文的研究结果可作为未来产业链供应链可持续发展评价研究的理论参考。
In recent years,under the background of the increasingly urgent global demand for sustainable development,the sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain have also become a focus of attention.However,the evaluation index system,as an important part of the sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain,has received little attention.In order to further promote the sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain.Therefore,the design of the evaluation index system is crucial.This study aims to explore the issue of sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain,conducts targeted research on the evaluation index system of sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain,designs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain and determines the weight of evaluation indicators.This study takes the triple bottom line principle as a reference.Based on four dimensions of internal driving factors,external driving factors,internal constraints,and external constraints,an initial indicator system is designed from the literature,and expert interviews are used to revise and supplement the indicators,then an evaluation index system for sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain is proposed.Based on the real data of typical industries such as grain,oil,automotive,steel,chips,and logistics,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(Fuzzy-AHP)is used to calculate the weight of indicators and determine the importance of evaluation indicators.This article constructs an evaluation index system for sustainable development of industrial chain and supply chain,which includes 4 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators,and 22 tertiary indicators.The weight of evaluation indicators in this article shows that,from the calculation results of criterion level data,compared to the constraining factors,the driving factors
