硫磺回收装置在线炉振动消除技术研究

摘要 硫磺回收装置是炼厂尾气处理流程的重要一环,需要长周期平稳运行,以保证炼厂尾气排放达到环保要求。硫磺回收装置的过程气再热流程,在采用在线炉提供热源时,在线炉、加氢还原炉及其相关管线经常会产生较大的振动。经分析,该振动的主要原因为“拍振现象”,即幅值相差不大的同方向简谐振动相互叠加形成的一种振动现象。此类振动的存在不仅会产生远超职业卫生要求的噪音,影响装置的操作弹性,更严重的结果是会形成生产安全隐患。因此,为了使硫磺回收装置保持长周期平稳运行,保证炼厂的尾气排放达标,必须解决此类振动。本文结合某炼厂硫磺回收装置现场测振及模态分析结果,对因为“拍振”产生的硫磺回收装置在线炉炉体振动情况提出改造方案。主要介绍了对于大型炉体支撑结构的改造技术,针对性地解决了大型在线炉及其相关管线的振动问题。 The sulfur recovery device is an important part of the refinery tail gas treatment process,which needs to run smoothly for a long time to ensure that the refinery tail gas emissions meet the environmental protection requirements.In the process gas reheat process of sulfur recovery unit,when the on-line furnace is used to provide the heat source,the on-line furnace,hydrogenation reduction furnace and their related pipelines often produce large vibrations.After analysis,the main cause of the vibration is the"beating vibration phenomenon",that is,a vibration phenomenon formed by the superposition of simple harmonic vibrations in the same direction with little difference in amplitude.The presence of such vibrations not only produces noise that far exceeds the requirements of occupational hygiene,affects the operational flexibility of the plant,but also causes production safety hazards.Therefore,in order for the sulphur recovery unit to operate smoothly for a long period of time and to ensure that the refinery's exhaust emissions meet the standards,such vibrations must be addressed.Combined with the results of on-site vibration measurement and modal analysis of sulfur recovery unit in a refinery,this paper proposes a modification plan for the vibration of the online furnace body of the sulfur recovery unit caused by"beating".This paper mainly introduces the transformation technology of the supporting structure of the large furnace body,and solves the vibration problem of the large online furnace and its related pipelines.
