摘要
砂岩文物普遍存在表面粉化、可溶盐富集及微生物侵蚀等劣化现象,以高湿环境中的重庆龙多山石刻为例,石刻表面粉化和酥碱均与水体侵蚀导致的胶结质流失和可溶盐循环结晶有关,而石刻表面生物侵蚀的发生也与岩面水分分布情况有着直接关系。红外热成像可以快速获取二维平面水分分布图像,尤其在升温过程可以快速无损地完成石刻岩壁渗水点及面流分布规律的探测工作。而微波测湿技术可以完成不同层面的面扫描水体分布规律研究,支撑对病害分布规律及病害机理的深层次研究,为全面了解砂岩文物的现状以及保护方法研究提供更为精确的指导。
The deterioration of sandstone cultural relics,such as surface weathering,soluble salt enrichment and microbial erosion,is common.Take Mount Longduo Rock Carvings as an example,the surface weathering are related to the water erosion and circulating soluble salt crystallization.Infrared thermal imaging helps to obtain surface water distribution images instantly,especially completing the detection of water seepage point and surface flow distribution of stone carvings in the heating process quickly and nondestructively.With the help of microwave moisture measurement technology,water distribution can be scanned at different levels,which supports the deep-level research of disease mechanism,so as to provide support and reference for the conservation of such cultural relics.Both infrared thermal imaging and microwave moisture measurement reflect certain water content information of sandstone relics.The combined analysis of microwave moisture measurement and infrared thermal imaging can effectively detect the distribution of water,the location of water seepage,the source of water seepage and the law of water activity on the surface and depth of sandstone cultural relics.Infrared thermal imaging can also detect the temperature distribution on the surface of stone relics,and it should be noted that it's necessary to conduct the detection in proper weather to ensure the detection data is accurate.Microwave moisture measurement analysis can be used to study the distribution of water at different heights and depths.Infrared thermal imaging and microwave moisture measurement in situ analysis technology are used for the detection of water,hidden cracks,seepage points and other conditions of sandstone cultural relics.Compared with the traditional visual observation,their advantages of being efficient,accurate,non-destructive and non-contact are definite.Instant information feedback provides a basis for real-time decision-making.The application of infrared thermal imaging and microwave moisture measurement is worth promoting in
