基于精益六西格玛法及人工智能探索冠状动脉CT血管成像高效检查模式

摘要 目的:基于精益六西格玛法及人工智能,探索出冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)的高效检查模式。方法:将2021年10月—2022年10月行CCTA检查患者纳入常规组(n=100),将2023年2月—2023年6月施行精益管理后的患者纳入精益组(n=125)。通过精益六西格法玛进行分析,制订精益管理方案。比较两组患者检查成功率、检查时间图像后处理及读取时间。结果:与常规组比较,精益组检查时间(T1)、图像后处理及读取时间(T2)明显缩短,检查成功率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精益六西格玛法可以作为探索放射科CCTA检查新模式的一种有效工具。加强护理干预、加快扫描速度结合人工智能新模式可以明显提高检查成功率,缩短检查时间和图像后处理及解读时间。 Objective:Based on lean six sigma method and artificial intelligence,explore the efficient examination mode of coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA).Methods:The patients who underwent CCTA examination from October 2021 to October 2022 were collected as the routine group(100 cases).The patients who underwent lean management from February 2023 to June 2023 were taken as the lean group(125 cases).The lean six sigma method was used to analyze and formulate the lean management plan.The success rate,examination time,image post-processing and reading time were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the lean group,the examination time(T1),the image post-processing and reading time(T2)of the lean group was significantly shortened,and the examination success rate was significantly improved,there was significient difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lean six sigma can be used as an effective tool to explore a new mode of CCTA examination in radiology department.Strengthening nursing intervention,accelerating scanning speed and combining with the new mode of artificial intelligence can significantly improve the success rate of examination,shorten the examination time,image post-processing and interpretation time.
