摘要
目的:探讨围术期人性化护理对改善胃镜下胃息肉切除患者的心理状态及睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年6月福建厦门大学附属第一医院内镜诊疗部收治的胃镜下胃息肉切除患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组患者采用一般性护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施围术期人性化护理。比较2组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量等情况。结果:观察组胃镜下胃息肉切除患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分和睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:围术期人性化护理能有效促进胃镜下胃息肉切除患者的负性情绪改善,提高其睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative humanized nursing on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of patients undergoing gastric polypectomy under gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 106 patients with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general nursing,while the observation group received perioperative humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.Anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of the two patients before and after nursing were compared.Results:The anxiety,depression,and sleep quality scores of the observation group with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative humanized nursing can effectively promote the improvement of negative emotions in patients with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy and improve their sleep quality.
