摘要
为了分析制冷陈列柜采用电子膨胀阀时柜内温度控制稳定性和节能效果,针对电子膨胀阀和热力膨胀阀用于制冷陈列柜时的柜内温度及功耗进行试验。结果表明:采用电子膨胀阀时,制冷陈列柜内温度下降较快,且温度波动范围小,比采用热力膨胀阀时节能约4.46%。
In order to analyze the temperature controlling stability in the cabinet and energy-saving effect of the refrigeration showcase using electronic expansion valve,the temperatures in the cabinet and power consumptions of the refrigeration showcase using electronic expansion valve and thermal expansion valve are tested.The results show that using electronic expansion valve,the temperature in the refrigeration showcase decreases very fast and the temperature fluctuation range is small.In addition,it can save about 4.46%of power consumption compared with that using thermal expansion valve.
