As the national team of scientific and technological innovation,central enterprises play a fundamental role in important industries and key areas related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Young scientific and technological talents are at the peak of innovation and creativity,and are an important part of the national strategic talent force.Central enterprises should put the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents in a more prominent position,follow the law of scientific and technological innovation and the law of talent growth,and carry out multi-channel and multi-mode training for young scientific and technological talents,so as to provide a strong talent guarantee for further promoting the innovation and development of central enterprises and accelerating the construction of a strong scientific and technological country.
