摘要
消防系统可靠性是项目发生火灾时能正常启动并使用灭火的重要保证,北方寒冷地区的消防系统因防冻问题,对消防系统可靠性影响极大。针对北方地区这一特点,以北方开敞式汽车库项目为例,在消防系统设计过程中结合国家规范及标准对比研究室外消火栓形式、地下式室外消火栓防冻方法,室内干式消火栓系统启动时间要求及顶环网设置,预作用自动喷水灭火系统不充水管道长度,以及灭火器使用温度等情况。研究结果表明,地下式室外消火栓从美观和可靠性方面优于地上式,干式消火栓系统最高处按现行国家规范成环更合适,灭火器的使用温度能满足当地环境温度的要求。以上各系统不仅满足国家规范及标准的要求,系统可靠性和实用性也能更好地满足项目的实际需求,在后期实际运行过程中也减少了物业的维护运营成本。
The reliability of fire fighting system is an important guarantee for the normal start and use of fire fighting in the event of a fire in the project.The fire fighting system in the cold region in the north has a great impact on the reliability of the fire fighting system because it involves the problem of anti-freezing.Taking the fire hydrant system,automatic sprinkler system and building fire extinguisher configuration of open garage as examples,this paper analyzes the design problems of fire fighting system of open garage without heating in northern China.
