摘要
赤芍、白芍为临床的常用中药材,均来源于芍药属植物,有着相似的化学性质,但其临床应用不同。该文通过阐述赤芍、白芍的历史沿革,对比两者的化学性质及药理活性,同时引入中药质量标志物概念,以期为赤芍、白芍的临床应用、质量评价、质量控制提供依据。
Paeoniae radix rubra and Paeoniae radix alba are commonly used in clinical Chinese medicine.They are all originated from paeonia lactiflora and have similar chemical properties,but their clinical applications are different.This paper describes the history of Paeoniae radix rubra and Paeoniae radix alba,compares their chemical properties and pharmacological activities,and introduces the concept of traditional Chinese medicine quality markers in order to provide a basis for clinical application,quality evaluation and quality control of Paeoniae radix rubra and Paeoniae radix alba.
