摘要
目的 探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者围手术期照顾者的照护体验与需求,旨在为提高CABG手术照顾者的身心健康水平和照护能力提供参考,从而促进CABG患者的康复。方法 采用现象学研究方法对15例CABG照顾者进行访谈及观察,并用Colaizzi 7步分析方法分析访谈数据。结果 共萃取4个主题,诱发心理应激、渴望关怀支持、缺乏照护知识、获取照护需求。结论 CABG患者围手术期照顾者照护体验一般,对疾病知识及护理技能有较高的需求。医护人员在关注患者的同时,也需关心照顾者的身心状态,为其提供个体化有效的信息和医疗支持,以改善照护者的照护质量,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the care experience and needs of coronary artery bypass transplantation(CABG) perioperative caregivers,in order to improve the physical and mental health level and care ability of CABG perioperative caregivers,so as to promote the recovery of CABG patients.Methods 15 CABG caregivers were interviewed and observed using phenomenological study methods,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results Four themes were extracted,including inducing psychological stress,desire for care and support,lack of care knowledge,and access to care needs.Conclusion CABG perioperative caregivers have a general perioperative care experience and have a high demand for disease knowledge and nursing skills.While paying attention to patients,medical staff should also care about the physical and mental state of caregivers,and provide individualized and effective information and medical support,so as to improve the quality of care by caregivers,thus improve the quality of life of patients.
