摘要
TBM(全断面岩石掘进机)工法在岩巷施工过程中具有快速、高效、安全等显著优势,工法通常分为组装-步进-始发-试掘进-正式掘进-接收-拆除等工序,其中步进工序在工法应用中起着至关重要的作用。TBM在开始掘进前、中间转场以及贯通后都需要步进。TBM步进过程的安全、步进线路的精度以及步进速度的快慢对整个项目都具有一定影响。以陕西延长石油可可盖煤矿主斜井工程为背景,成功将整机重量900 t的TBM在斜坡段连续步进260 m,至始发硐室。介绍了敞开式TBM步进始发施工过程中的施工方案和工艺流程,可为类似TBM工程的步进作业提供参考。
The TBM(Full Face Tunnel Boring Machine)construction method has significant advantages in speed,efficiency,and safety during the rock tunnel construction process.The construction method is usually divided into assembly,stepping,starting,trial excavation,formal excavation,reception,and demolition processes,and the stepping process plays a crucial role in the application of the construction method.TBM needs to be stepped before starting excavation,during the intermediate transition,and after the penetration.The safety of the TBM stepping process,the accuracy of the stepping line and the speed of the stepping speed have a certain impact on the whole project.Based on the main inclined shaft project of Kekegai Coal Mine in Shaanxi Y anchang Petroleum,the TBM with the weight of 900 t was successfully stepped 260 m in the slope section to the starting chamber.This paper introduced the construction scheme and process flow of open-type TBM step starting construction,which could provide reference for similar TBM project step operation.
