基于文献数据的我国关键基础设施研究现状分析与思考

摘要 【目的】准确掌握我国关键基础设施研究现状,为我国关键基础设施学术研究和理论创新提供有益参考。【方法】以中国知网为数据源,以“关键基础设施”为查询词,构建样本库,采用Excel、Python等工具,运用数据分析、逻辑推理等方法,对文献检索要素逐一分析,对主要热词进行解读,全面掌握文献研究现状。【结果】反思了我国关键基础设施建设、运维和安全保障等现实问题,破解了我国关键基础设施在思想认识、法律法规和技术创新等方面的难题。【结论】系统深入地对关键基础设施文献进行分析,揭示了我国关键基础设施研究发展规律和机理,为我国关键基础设施高质量发展提供建议。 [Purposes]This paper aims to accurately grasp the research status of critical infrastructure in China,this paper makes a visual analysis and interpretation of the literature on critical infrastructure,and to provide useful reference for the academic research and theoretical innovation of critical infrastructure in China.[Methods]Taking CNKI as the data source and"critical infrastructure"as the query word,this paper constructs the sample database,uses Excel,Python and other tools,uses data analysis,logical reasoning and other methods to analyze the elements of literature retrieval one by one,interpret the main hot words,and comprehensively grasp the current situation of literature research.[Findings]Through analysis and interpretation,we reflect on the practical problems of China's critical infrastructure construction,operation and maintenance,and security,and solve the problems of China's critical infrastructure in terms of ideological understanding,laws and regulations,and technological innovation.[Conclusions]This study systematically and deeply analyzes the literature of critical infrastructure,reveals the development law and mechanism of critical infrastructure research in China,and provides guidance for the high-quality development of critical infrastructure in China.
