摘要
以高职院校教师教学质量评价为研究视角,以共同体理念为指导,剖析高职院校质量评价发展面临的主要问题,创新提出“教学质量评价共同体”“过程评价+结果评价”“届次品牌活动提升执教能力”等评价理论与方法,构建具有高职教育特征、符合我国实际的“三元两评一测”质量评价模式,以期实现高职院校质量结果评价、过程评价、增值评价多元融合,拓展我国高职院校质量评价的理论与实践边界。
Guided by the concept of community,this paper takes the teaching quality evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research perspective,analyzes the main problems faced by the development of quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges,innovatively proposes evaluation theories and methods such as the“Teaching Quality Evaluation Community”“Process Evaluation+Result Evaluation”and“Annual Brand Activities to Enhance Teaching Ability”,and constructs a quality evaluation model with the characteristics of higher vocational education and in line with the reality of China,known as the“Three Elements,Two Assessments and One Test”,in order to achieve the multi-integration of quality result evaluation,process evaluation and value-added evaluation in higher vocational colleges,and expand the theoretical and practical boundary of quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges in China.
