Low-carbon Optimal Dispatching of Integrated Energy System Considering Low-carbon Demand Response and Stackelberg Game

摘要 随着能源绿色转型要求的不断提高,为实现综合能源系统低碳经济调度,除考虑源侧减碳策略外,需求侧减碳潜力也值得挖掘。兼顾源荷,提出一种考虑低碳需求响应及供需主从博弈的综合能源系统优化调度模型。首先,在供能侧考虑碳交易机制,采用碳排放流模型将供能侧的碳排放折算到用户侧;然后,从用户侧角度考虑碳排放问题,提出激励型低碳需求响应模型,以引导供能侧的低碳调度;其次,采用主从博弈模型形成供能侧与用户侧间的互动,得到合理、有效的激励方案,进一步挖掘用户侧减碳潜力;最后,通过算例仿真结果验证所提方法的有效性,在保证经济性的同时减少了系统碳排放量。 With the increasing requirements of green energy transition,in order to achieve the low-carbon economic dispatching of the integrated energy system,it is increasingly worthwhile to explore the carbon reduction potential on the demand side,in addition to considering carbon reduction strategies on the source side.By taking into account the source and load,an optimal dispatching model of integrated energy system considering the low-carbon demand response and supply-demand Stackelberg game is proposed.Firstly,the carbon trading mechanism is considered on the supply side,and the carbon emissions on the supply side are transformed to the load side by using the carbon emission flow model.Secondly,considering the carbon emissions from the perspective of user side,the incentive-based low-carbon demand response model is proposed to guide the low-carbon dispatching on the supply side.Thirdly,the Stackelberg game model is used to form an interaction between the supply side and the user side,obtaining a reasonable and effective incentive scheme to further explore the carbon reduction potential on the user side.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by case simulation results,which reduces the system carbon emission while ensuring the economy.
