摘要
为了研究不同应变率下灌浆料的力学性能,以应变率为研究变量,进行了1.1×10^(-6)s^(-1)(介于徐变和静载之间)、1.1×10^(-5)s^(-1)(静载)、1.1×10^(-4)s^(-1)(介于静载和地震之间)3种应变率下灌浆料棱柱体轴心受压试验,分析了不同应变率下灌浆料的力学性能,得到了灌浆料单轴受压应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明,通过附加刚性碟形弹簧柱来提高试验机的刚度,能够较好地绘制出灌浆料的应力-应变全曲线,灌浆料应力-应变曲线整体可分为上升段和下降段两部分;随着加载应变率的增大,灌浆料的峰值应力、弹性模量、泊松比均有所增大,峰值应变减小。
In order to study the mechanical properties of grout under different strain rates,the axial compression tests of grout prisms under three strain rates,1.1×10^(-6)s^(-1)(between creep and static load),1.1×10^(-5)s^(-1)(static load)and 1.1×10^(-4)s^(-1)(between static load and earthquake),were carried out with the strain rate as the research variable.The mechanical properties of grout under different strain rates were analyzed,and the stress-strain curves of grout under uniaxial compression were obtained.The test results show that the stress-strain curve of grout can be drawn better by increasing the stiffness of the testing machine by adding rigid dish-shaped spring column.The stress-strain curve of grout can be divided into two parts:ris-ing section and falling section.With the increase of the loading strain rate,the peak stress,elastic modulus and Poisson’s rati-o of grout increase,while the peak strain decreases.
