摘要
政治认同的生成根植于特定的政治实践范畴。全过程人民民主的政治内涵构成了当代中国政治认同的基本来源。党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国分别构成了当代中国政治认同的思想性来源、物质性来源和规范性来源。全过程人民民主的实践样态经由政治文化这一中介变量决定了当代中国政治认同的表现形态。具体而言,社会成员认同国家发展道路与国情的适应性,认同执政党的集中统一领导,认同政府对社会生活的深度调整,认同公共政策在现代化进程中的先导作用,认同政治过程的开放性和公平性。当前,应当在社会转型过程中巩固和增强全过程人民民主的广泛性、真实性和有效性,在全过程人民民主视域下健全和完善社会主义协商民主的具体制度安排,在移动互联网时代巩固和增强全过程人民民主的政治话语权。
The generation of political identity is rooted in specific categories of political practice.The political connotation of the whole-process people’s democracy constitutes the basic source of political identity in contemporary China.The leadership of the Party,the people being the masters of the country,and the rule of law constitute the ideological,material,and normative sources of political identity in contemporary China.The practice of the whole-process people’s democracy is determined by the mediating variable of political culture,which determines the manifestation of contemporary Chinese political identity.Specifically,members of society recognize the adaptability of the national development path to the national conditions,the centralized and unified leadership of the ruling party,the deep adjustment of social life by the government,the leading role of public policies in the modernization process,and the openness and fairness of the political process.At present,in the process of social transformation,we should consolidate and enhance the universality,authenticity and effectiveness of the whole-process people’s democracy,improve and perfect the specific institutional arrangements of socialist consultative democracy from the perspective of the whole-process people’s democracy,and consolidate and enhance the political voice of the whole-process people’s democracy in the era of Internet.
