摘要
目的:评价紫菀药材中33种禁用农药残留情况。方法:样品用乙腈提取,再经固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法和气相色谱-串联质谱法测定33种禁用农药的残留量,外标法定量。结果:线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,加样回收率的范围在70.2%~106.9%。20批的紫菀药材中甲拌磷检出率为100%。结论:所用方法准确、灵敏;紫菀药材生产须关注甲拌磷残留问题。
Objective:To evaluate the residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Asteris radix et rhizoma.Methods:Extracting samples with acetonitrile and cleaning up with solid phase extraction,high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were used to detect the residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma.Results:The calibration curves of 33 forbidden pesticide residues showed good linearities with correlation coefficients above 0.995.The measured recoveries ranged from 70.2%to 106.9%.The positive detection rate of phorate in the 20 batches of Asteris radix et rhizoma was 100%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and highly sensitive for the confirmation of 33 prohibited pesticide residue.Phorate residues in Asteris radix et rhizoma must be concerned.
