摘要
试验旨在筛选优良藏鸡品种,将日喀则市常见藏鸡根据羽毛颜色分成黑羽、白羽、红羽和黄羽4种羽色,分别测定产蛋性能和蛋品质,为培育优良蛋用型藏鸡品种提供技术支持。选取4种羽色的150日龄藏鸡各160只,按羽色分成4个组,采用立体式3层笼养模式,每组8个重复,试验周期为30 d,4个试验组均饲喂基础蛋鸡日粮,测定指标包括产蛋性能、蛋品质以及蛋壳颜色。结果显示:4种羽色藏鸡产蛋性能比较,平均产蛋率黑羽组显著高于黄羽组和红羽组(P<0.05),平均蛋重和平均料蛋比黄羽组和红羽组显著高于黑羽组和白羽组(P<0.05),成活率差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋品质指标方面,蛋壳强度和蛋形指数指标各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),蛋壳厚度各组之间差异显著(P<0.05),蛋白高度方面,黑羽组显著高于白羽组、红羽组和黄羽组(P<0.05)。哈夫单位方面,黑羽组、白羽组和红羽组显著高于黄羽组(P<0.05),黑羽组略优于其他组;蛋壳颜色指标,亮度各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),红度和黄度红羽组显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。结果表明:黑羽藏鸡蛋壳为白色,产蛋性能和蛋品质优于其他3种羽色,适合向蛋用型藏鸡方向进一步选种选育。
In this experiment,in order to screen excellent Tibetan chicken breeds,common Tibetan chickens in Shigatse city were divided into four feather colors:black,white,red,and yellow based on feather color.The egg production performance and egg quality were measured separately,providing technical support for cultivating excellent egg type Tibetan chicken breeds.According to feather color,the Tibetan chickens were divided into four experimental groups,each experimental group had 160 Tibetan chickens of 150 days of age,and the three-dimensional 3-layer cage mode was implemented,with 8 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The experiment period was 30 days.All the four experimental groups were fed a basic laying diet,freely collected food and water,and were regularly immunized.The results showed that the average laying rate in black feather group was significantly higher than that in yellow feather group and red feather group(P<0.05);the average egg weight and average feed to egg ratio in yellow and red feather groups were significantly higher than thosein black feather groups and white feather groups (P<0.05);the survival rate was not significantly different(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in egg quality index;eggshell strength and egg shape indexamong experimental groups (P>0.05);eggshell thickness was significantly different among all groups(P<0.05);the protein height of black feather group was significantly higher than that of white feathergroup, red feather group and yellow feather group (P<0.05);the Hagar unit of black feather group, whitefeather group and red feather group was significantly higher than that of yellow feather group (P<0.05);black feather group was slightly better than other experimental groups. There were no significant differencesin egg color index and brightness among experimental groups (P>0.05);in terms of redness and yellowness,the red feather group was significantly higher than the other three experimental groups (P<0.05).The results show that the black feat
