摘要
2023年7月25日,国际标准化组织(ISO)发布ISO 22163:2023 《铁路应用铁路质量管理体系ISO 9001:2015和铁路领域应用的特定要求》。ISO 22163:2023是第1项专门面向铁路行业的质量管理体系国际标准,取代技术规范ISO/TS 22163:2017 《铁路应用质量管理体系铁路组织业务管理体系要求:ISO 9001:2015及铁路领域应用的特殊要求》。为了便于企业开展对标和策划认证工作,对比ISO 22163:2023与ISO/TS 22163:2017主要差异,对适用范围、术语、引用标准、附录、强制性过程、推荐性过程、强制性和推荐性绩效指标(PI)等7个方面的主要差异开展分析。
The International Organization for Standardization(ISO)officially published ISO 22163:2023 Rail⁃way applications-Railway quality management system-ISO 9001:2015 and specific requirements for application in railway sector on July 25,2023,which is the first international standard of quality management system specifically for railway industry setor,and replaces the technical specification ISO/TS 22163:2017 Railway application-Quality management system-Business management system requirements for rail organization:ISO 9001:2015 and particular requirements for application in the railway sector.In order to facilitate enterprises to carry out benchmarking and plan⁃ning certification,the main differences between ISO 22163:2023 and ISO/TS 22163:2017 are compared,and the main differences in seven aspects are analyzed,such as application scope,terminology,reference standards,appendi⁃ces,mandatory process,recommended process,mandatory and recommended performance indicators(PI).
