摘要
目的:分析艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗的影响因素。方法:选取2020年9—12月贵州省贵阳市、六盘水市、遵义市、安顺市、毕节市、铜仁市、黔西南布依族苗族自治州、黔东南苗族侗族自治州、黔南布依族苗族自治州9个县区的1676例艾滋病患者作为研究对象,根据是否接受抗病毒治疗分为治疗组(n=1312)和未治疗组(n=364)。比较两组一般资料,分析艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗的影响因素。结果:性别、年龄、艾滋病确诊时间、文化程度、是否有不良反应、家人是否支持抗病毒治疗是艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗的影响因素(P<0.001)。艾滋病确诊时间≥2年、无不良反应、家人支持抗病毒治疗是艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗的独立影响因素包括艾滋病确诊时间≥2年、无不良反应、家人支持抗病毒治疗,建议加强宣教,为患者提供更多的社会支持,提高家人艾滋病相关知识了解水平,促使患者接受治疗。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy.Methods:From September 2020 to December 2020,one thousand six hundred and seventy-six AIDS patients in nine counties of Guiyang,Liupanshui,Zunyi,Anshun,Bijie,Tongren,Qiansouthwest Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture and Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research objects.They were divided into treatment group(n=1312)and untreated group(n=364)according to whether they received antiviral therapy or not.The general data of the two groups were compared to analyze the influencing factors of AIDS patients receiving antiviral treatment.Results:Gender,age,time of AIDS diagnosis,education level,whether there was adverse reaction,and whether family members supported antiviral therapy were the influencing factors for AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy(P<0.001);the time of diagnosis of AIDS≥2 years,no adverse reactions and family support for antiviral therapy were the independent influencing factors for AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The independent influencing factors of AIDS patients receiving antiviral therapy include the time of AIDS diagnosis≥2 years,no adverse reactions,and family support for antiviral therapy.It is recommended to strengthen education,provide more social support for patients,improve the level of family knowledge about AIDS,and promote patients to receive treatment.
