摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进(CQI)管理在硬式内镜器械清洗消毒质量控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月徐州市肿瘤医院消毒供应中心的230件硬式内镜器械作为对照组,选取2022年7—12月消毒供应中心的230件硬式内镜器械作为研究组。对照组应用常规管理模式,研究组应用CQI管理模式。比较两组消毒灭菌质量及工作人员工作压力、满意度。结果:研究组回收质量、分类质量、清洗质量、消毒质量、干燥质量、包装质量、灭菌质量、存储质量、发放质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组工作压力评分低于对照组,工作满意度各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:CQI管理模式在硬式内镜器械清洗消毒质量控制中的应用效果良好,能够提高硬式内镜器械清洗消毒质量,减轻消毒供应中心工作人员工作压力,提高其工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)management in the quality control of cleaning and disinfection of rigid endoscopic instruments.Methods:A total of 230 rigid endoscopic instruments from the Disinfection Supply Center of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the control group.Additional 230 rigid endoscopic instruments from the Disinfection Supply Center of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group adopted conventional management mode and the study group adopted CQI management mode.The disinfection and sterilization quality,and staff work stress and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of recycling quality,classification quality,cleaning quality,disinfection quality,drying quality,packaging quality,sterilization quality,storage quality and distribution quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The work stress score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the job satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of CQI management mode in the quality control of cleaning and disinfection of rigid endoscopic instruments has good effects,and can improve the cleaning and disinfection quality of rigid endoscopic instruments,reduce the work stress of the staff in the disinfection supply center,and improve their job satisfaction.
