摘要
目的探讨同质化管理模式在ICU管道护理管理中的应用效果评价。方法选择2022年1—12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院的20名ICU护士为研究对象。实施同质化护理管理之前(2022年1—6月)设为对照组;实施同质化护理管理后(2022年7—12月)设为观察组,两组均为同批护理人员。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在对照组管理的基础上实施同质化管理模式。比较两组护士理论和技能操作考核成绩、管道护理质量和非计划拔管发生率。结果观察组护士理论和技能操作考核成绩分别为(93.65±2.46)分、(94.92±2.47)分,高于对照组的(85.32±2.57)分、(84.56±2.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管道护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者非计划拔管发生率为5.68%,低于对照组的8.81%;差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.108,P=0.001)。结论对ICU护士实施同质化管理可显著提高护士理论和技能操作成绩以及管道护理质量,减少非计划拔管事件的发生。
Objective To explore the evaluation of the application effect of homogeneous management model in ICU pipeline nursing management.Methods 20 ICU nurses from Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from January to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.The control group was set up before the implementation of homogeneous nursing management(January to June 2022),and the observation group was set up after implementation of homogeneous nursing management(July to December 2022).Both groups were the same batch of nursing staff.The control group adopted conventional nursing management,and the observation group imple⁃mented a homogeneous management model based on the management of the control group.The theoretical and skill operation assessment scores,pipeline nursing quality,and unplanned extubation rate of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The theoretical and skill operation assessment scores of the observation group nurses were(93.65±2.46)points and(94.92±2.47)points respectively,higher than the control group's(85.32±2.57)points and(84.56±2.15)points,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of the pipeline nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was 5.68%,which was lower than the 8.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3108,P=0.001).Conclusion Implementing homo⁃geneous management of ICU nurses can significantly improve nurses'theoretical and technical performance and pipe⁃line nursing quality,and reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation events.
