摘要
目的:探讨经鼻高流量湿化氧疗应用于高风险脱机患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2021年9月~2023年9月接收的110例经气管插管进行机械通气治疗的高风险脱机患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(脱机后给予常规鼻导管氧疗治疗)与观察组(脱机后给予经鼻高流量湿化氧疗治疗),各55例,观察两组脱机前、脱机48h后的各项循环及呼吸参数水平变化,比较两组的脱机成功率、住院时间。结果:两组脱机2h的各项循环及呼吸参数水平值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脱机48h的呼吸频率、心率、二氧化碳分压低于对照组,血氧饱和度及氧合指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的脱机成功率为96.36%,高于对照组的81.82%,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高风险脱机患者给予经鼻高流量湿化氧疗治疗,能够改善其脱机后各项循环及呼吸状态,提高其脱机成功率,缩短其住院时间。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy in high-risk offline patients.Methods:A total of 110 high-risk weaning patients treated with mechanical ventilation through tracheal intubation in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with conventional nasal cannula oxygen therapy after weaning)and an observation group(treated with nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy after weaning)using a random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The changes in various circulatory and respiratory parameters before and 48 hours after weaning were observed in both groups,compare the success rate of offline therapy,length of hospital stay,and adverse reactions to oxygen therapy between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of various circulatory and respiratory parameters between the two groups after 2 hours of offline work(P>0.05);The respiratory rate,heart rate,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group after 48 hours of offline were lower than those in the control group,while blood oxygen saturation and oxygenation index were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The offline success rate of the observation group was 96.36%,higher than the control group's 81.82%,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy to high-risk offline patients can improve their postoperative circulation and respiratory status,increase their success rate of offline therapy,reduce adverse reactions to oxygen therapy,and shorten their hospital stay.
